Become a Bounty Hunter Creation Club
Pretty good, I'd say. You get a bounty hunter hat, bandana and outfit. You can finally used all that ballistic weave you've been saving without having to get the RR perk and upgrade your "Duster". The pistol is epic, with the right perks you can get over 200 HP with it.
You have to do the main Quest first, Texas Red.. you go for about 5 bounties and then you go after Texas Red. yeah... I was over level 50, and he had one of those little "skulls" after his name. You will want to save your game or go early after waking up if you're playing survival, cuz it's gonna take a few times.
After you do that, you get some more quests. One of the quests require you be doing Nick Valentine's companion quest, just as an incidental. And it takes you into a glitched cell in the game, as in the interior room is missing some walls. Just saying, that's bad.
Also what is annoying is that it's WAY down in the southern area of the map, like just west of Murkwater. Hardly the dusty trail, you know? And it's hard to find once you're right there look down. It it's the hatch which is partly under water in the sunken church. it's a long walk on survival mode, which kinda gets you to not play it. It says you can work out of any Bounty Hunter Mailbox, but where are the others?!
The Bounty Hunters story is more Mercenary than Bounty hunter. I guess whomever pays. It's not a court or anything. I expected more "For a Few Dollars More" and Clint Eastwood but it sounds more like gunners with Stetsons. Would have been epic with music from a FaFDM.

I bought it as part of the three pack. A pack that comes with it is "Ghoulification". You can become a ghoul. I did the quest and declined becoming a ghoul. Having played the Bounty Hunter and got my donkey glowed by some Children of Atom, being a ghoul might be the way to go, that and the other ghoul benefits. I wonder if it's intergrated with the BOS in the main game?

The third package was Souvenirs of the Mojave (Moe-ha-Vee). Looks like some good weapons there from New Vegas. I never saw them when I played New Vegas. I just don't play right.

Anyway, I gave up my power armor to play Bounty Hunters and I liked it.
Gonna go back to Power Armor, tho. You can play power armor while wearing the outfit, they even have a power armor workbench in the Sunken Speakeasy. I donno. It seems out of place. The 1880s western one vibe, then there's the FO4 "neo-1950s" vibe... they just don't work together, ya know?
