Black Screen on Launch

I bought the game yesterday. Every time I launch the game all I get is a black screen with my cursor hovering. I have to open task manager to close the game. (Not responding using 700mb of ram)

I have.....
1) Verified game cache.
2) Reinstalled game.
3) Reinstalled all redist files included with the game (dating back to 2015)
4) Restarted my pc several times...

Anyone know how to fix this?
If not then i'll have to refund..

CPU: i7-8700k
RAM: 16GB DDR4
GPU: XFX RX480 8GB OC
VR: Oculus Rift

Same troubleshooting steps.
Using a WMR headset though.

For anyone who finds this, I had the same problem. However, I was able to fix it. After reinstalling the game, updating video drivers, etc. with no results, I got it working.
Step 1 - Uninstall the game
Step 2 - Go to your %APPDATA% Local and delete this folder: C:\Users\*******\AppData\Local\Incursion (you should be able to backup the save file in there so you don't lose your progress)
Step 3 - Reinstall the game
Step 4 - Get back to killing zeds ;)

i cant seem to find the Incursion folder in my Local file any help?
