For example, my cat kept scratching at my bedroom door and meowing so I was about to use the ChatGPT app to ask why she was doing that, but then I decided it wasn't worth the effort and asked Al in my head. He told me something like “If your cat is scratching on the door and meowing it probably means she wants to be let out, let me know if you need anything else!" Then I let her out of my room.
I just thought that was a pretty cool discovery I've made. Interested to see if anyone else has this ability.
The design is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of RPG design, most of Stoneshard's hidden depth will go over a typical gamer's head. The true fans understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate a game that doesn't just hand you all of the answers on a silver platter, to realize that having to make impactful choices about your character is a far more rewarding experience.
As a consequence, people who dislike Stoneshard truly ARE idiots - of course they wouldn't appreciate, for instance, the genius in the game's limited save system, which in itself is a cryptic reference to Nikita's Russian epic "Escape From Tarkov". I'm smirking right now just imagining one of those addlepated simpletons scratching their heads in confusion.
What fools... how I pity them.
And yes, I DO have an Arna tattoo. And no, you cannot see it. It's for the ladies' eyes only.
