RE9 is overall a great game. It aims to mix the survival horror and action horror that previous RE Engine games have been working on.

Grace's sections feel well thought out as it gives you mapping and routing problems to solve. Insanity difficulty even throws some curveballs at you and make for an interesting second playthrough.

Leon's sections are overall a fun time. In isolation these sections are kind of like junk food. Early on these sections are being used to break apart Grace's sections and serve to help keep me engaged. If these sections didn't exist I would be taking way more breaks. Later on there is a really long Leon section and it honestly kind of drags on for a bit. It doesn't help that performance dips a lot during the later parts of this section. It's not bad by any means but it just kind of makes me want to go play RE4R instead. The bosses are cool at the very least.

Overall a fun experience. Not the best RE Engine Resident Evil game, but it does have a lot of good things going for it.

Base TF2 is a better game but this game has a way better community and that's good enough to justify it for me.

This game's pretty cool and probably one of the best western FPSes on the market.

While the story itself isn't too groundbreaking, the way the story is told is excellent. The story is told as a recollection of events that the protagonist has gone through in his life and it becomes obvious early on that he's lying. However, since it's so obvious that he's lying the game's level design allows it to change according to the lies and as a result creates a unique experience.
My only real gripe is that the instructions for some of the duels are not always clear. Add that on top of the demand to pay attention to multiple things at once and it can result in lots of deaths. You can call that a "skill issue" if want but it's quite frustrating on the first playthrough when you're still learning. Otherwise it's a fantastic game you could play through in about 3~5 hours.

The Plant is evil.
A necessary evil, but evil nonetheless.

The protagonist can use Royal Guard and Trickster. He can also do launchers into air combos. He can even use arrows to juggle enemies and extend combos.

The main villain can use Judgment Cut and Judgment Cut End.

This is just a metroidvania with DMC-lite combat lmao.

The last 4 levels were made by a sadist and probably playtested by a masochist.

I'm playing Kingdom Hearts 2 at level 1 and I want to die.

For god's sake don't make me play the others at level 1.

Pretty decent Fall Guys clone. The minigames are kinda repetitive and could use some more vareity. Maybe have more than 3 of them, idunno.

Also comes with a free fighting game.

Picked up a lamp during the tutorial and walked into a wall. The lamp set the house and myself on fire. Proceeded to walk outside where my son died apparently and then a cutscene initiated while I was still on fire. I died mid cutscene.
