Story time: So I recently got a couple friends to play with me we'll call them C and E. We all login and have the choice of heading to the swamp and getting stomped or taking a boat on a trip to explore a bit. We decided on the latter. We had a portal across our starter mainland and took the boat from there to start a bit further. When the area switched and announced "Ocean" me and C are like UH OH, there might be monsters ahead. E chimes in and is just like wow this is pretty so we lawl and head toward the nearest land mass. We huddle up and decide to pop a portal down and explore the immediate area. Not but 5 seconds later E shouts, "OH look, a two star boar." C and E scramble about, bringing the boar to me where I have a pit and am gathering wood to hide our newfound friend.

I joking blurt out, we can take him on the boat back to the base haha and we continue foraging for berries to feed and tame him. I set up a small base and babysit while C and E feed me materials. Night falls, too many mobs to fight, pig squealing and running around his picketed pen. We pop some beds down, fight off the "enemies nearby" and sleep for the night. Birds are chirping, its morning, boar is now tamed. E dubs thee sir Piggums so now he's part of the family.

Me: "ight so we can probably make a small farm here and come back occasionally yea? let's start getting some wood so I can build a pen and such."
C: "I thought we were taking him on the boat, there aint no point in leaving him here."
Me: "Ight sooooo I guess i gotta make a diving board for him then, where's the boat?"
E: "The boat's gone!"
Me: "Check in the water maybe it broke."
C: "Yup!"

So we make the diving board, line up the newly built boat and slowly push Piggums up the roof ramp, off the board and onto the boat. Step complete. With the waves crashing against our small boat and Piggums wanting to fall off the back we cross the Ocean, back to the motherland. It would be great if this was the end BUT it isn't. E, excited, jumps off the boat as soon as we get near land and has to swim to shore. I tell her to run quickly ahead of us and then jump on the boat. She runs, unknowingly aggroing an enemy and tries to jump on the boat and Piggums makes a break for it. Scared, he jumps off the boat and into the ocean. He runs onto the land then back into the ocean going even further then we thought he could. I grab that boat while C kills off any nearby enemies. Being my first time at the boat controls I take whatever advice I can from C and slowly guide Piggums back to shore. Eventually we get him in a small pit and protect him at all costs. I make him a small pen and us a base while E and C take care of the baddies around. C loses his life leading a troll holding a tree away from our area and has to run back across the map using some stamina food and the first boss's unlockable power of running and jumping more efficiently. I build a small diving board for Piggums as we wait out the night and fight off anyone nearby.

Morning comes and we slowly push Sir Piggums back onto the boat. I take E as my eyes on the boat because sometimes its hard to see what's coming up while C prepares a landing zone at our base to receive said trophy boar. We sail down and around the land avoiding dwarf scouts, curious lizards and a troll that went into the water shoulder height to try and get us. Luckily the wind picked up when we needed and we were home free. Pushing Piggums from the shore to our base was another hassle and we had to eventually build walls around and behind him so he couldn't escape. We got him!

10/10 would do it all again

TL;DR: Me and 2 buddies went exploring across the ocean, found a 2 star pig, decided to do whatever it took to bring him home and we did!

In my opinion, one of the best VR games for anyone to enjoy. If you're a fan of DDR or any rhythm based games you'll love this game. Once you get used to the patterns, what people perceive to be "flailing" ends up being a wonderful choreographed dance learned in the form of a game. Choose to move as much as you want. Sometimes I jump around like I'm at Zumba class and sometimes I just move my hands around like Mr. Miyagi. I highly recommend this game to anyone with access to VR.

I've been playing this game since super beta... while turned off at first because of my experiences with most MOBAS, I stuck with it and will say that the game is awesome. There are characters for every play style and it's updated very frequently. The player base is mostly mature with the occasional person that takes games too seriously or the trollers but that comes with playing free games... or any online game for that matter. Play it... DO IT! JUST DO IT!
