Managed to fix my FFF crashes, it was my antivirus, Bitdefender free edition. The real time scan (called Protection Shield on the settings) for some reason makes the game crash despite not detecting any threats of the game files, so I have to temporarily turn it off to play the game.

Could you post your hardware and monitor specs, along with Windows and GPU driver version on my thread? http://steamcommunity.com/app/524580/discussions/0/1483235412212856041/

I want to check if there is a pattern here.
