A great mystery/deduction game that doesn't overstay its welcome. Lovely and atmospheric presentation.

A great incremental/idle game with a lovely historical strategy game flavor to it.

A world somewhere between Gibson and Miéville. If you like deduction games or any past title by inkle, you should definitely give this a shot.

While the game never fully overcomes the greatest design challenge it sets for itself—puzzle investigations with pixel-hunting elements in a 3D space where interactions drain a finite resource (time)—it is enthralling more often than it is frustrating. One of the brightest shining stars of the nascent Obra Dinn-like genre.

More Golden Idol, but refined and imo better-paced. It's a good time!

It's more Talos Principle, in every conceivable way.

I could be reductionist and call Paradise Killer a very colorful The Silver Case/Suda51 fan game, but I'd rather recognize the impressive achievement that is designing an open-world murder mystery that *works* way more often than it does not,

I give it a fantastic out of ten.
