Red Dead Redemption 2 is the ultimate “I’ll play for 10 minutes” game that somehow steals your entire evening. The world is so realistic that I started greeting random NPCs like I actually live there. Sometimes they greet back… sometimes they call the sheriff. Immersion!

The graphics are gorgeous, the atmosphere is incredible, and even the animals have more personality than some people I know. I spent half my time exploring, half my time doing cowboy things, and the rest of my time shouting “IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!” when I accidentally pressed the wrong button.

Arthur’s hat physics alone deserve an award.
