I pass Granblue Fantasy Relink: Endless Ragnarok to get this.

returning to souls-like feels great, with Lies of P one of the games I tried to sharpen and comeback to the genre along side with Thymesia, Lies of P totally checks all the list of a souls-like, it is close the combat of Sekiro with the game's tight block/parry mechanic and Bloodborne's rally system it is just over all a mixed of everything Fromsoft's catalogue combined into it.

Story wise really enjoyed it being an adaptation from the story of Pinocchio, the gothic and a once blooming city crumbled because of the what so called puppet-disease is really intriguing. A lot of characters to root from and i will not babble too much on the lying system since that is really close to what endings you will get.

as a souls-like I got stuck to bosses for hours but satisfying to beat them specially the 3rd last boss totally a skill check of the player. I would really recommend it if you want tight boss fights, good audio design, totally get this game. I haven't got the Overture DLC yet but I might just get it on sale. Truly a good successor for being a good souls-like game outside from the main catalogue.

great 4th game entry of the No More Heroes Entry, don't listen to people Travis Strikes Again is a spin-off, and refused to play it. With all things considered to Suda51 all things are connected.

Gameplay and combat is a your normal hack and slash all the way, with wrestling moves for stunned enemies, you are committed on button mashing since you can transition from heavy to light attacks, vice-versa. the death glove skills is good mix for comboing or trying to focus one enemy of interest. Henshin is pretty good as well since it goes better progressing the game. I haven't gone into the side jobs of the game since, I focused on the fights but playing the mini games I remember the lawn mawing is basically the same from No More Heroes 1.

Storywise the game is really not holding hands since you have basically finished and play TSA right? it still has the concept of kill the past where suda51 always make into his games, ifykyk. some chracters from the VN mode of Travis Strikes Again comes back as well, and you'll see some meta comments of the characters remember the previous game. Ending is Bonkers as well, you gotta play it.

All of the Mixed Media goodness, transitions, the ranking openings, the voice acting, kind of sad how criminal some of the concept art of the characters are implemented to UE is not 1:1 but that is just my nit-pick. overall I didn't play this franchise and all of no more heroes franchise for the gameplay that is only the cherry of on-top. I hightly recommended it.

wishlist Romeo is a Deadman and support Grasshopper Manufacture.

3 Separated Stories that kind of ties within each-other. Specially Travis Strikes Back: Again is basically kind of connecting characters from the 25th ward, FSR, and killer is dead, a lil bit fanservice I don't really mind those.

the way how suda had written this game and this is how he came back from titles he didn't directed seems kind of fair. The gameplay is okay; a casual beat em up but the writing and the story where I bought this game for so long time. crazy they got a bunch of indie devs on the game as well just for customization, but there is one game that I think spark suda again to direct and developed games. I'm not gonna lie that game on the last stage is genuinely frustrating design wise but the pay off in the end, and narrative is pretty good.

all the returning and new characters are great. Glad to finish all of KTP written and directed by Suda51 before RIAD. The past doesn't die.

Even if killed, it won't die. It won't disappear. Even when you think it's gone, it comes back, making a face like it's been there this whole time, staring at you, sizing you up. The past takes people over. And once it does, it won't let go. MISOGI

I finished The 25th Ward aka. sequel to The Silver Case or The 3rd game of the I would call trilogy since
Flower, Sun, and Rain has a major connection and overall sequel after the conclusion of The Silver Case. Man,
I really love playing and experiencing the works of Suda51 again since this is on my backlog for a long time. + I got interested on other franchise, got into other hobbies or overall got busy with other games. But Nothing beats playing and experiencing the games delivered overall by Grasshopper Manufacture. Since Romeo is Deadman will be release might as well I finish some of The Kill The Past Entries again. To be honest on how The Silver Case, Flower, Sun and Rain, and this Conclusion the Trilogy; The 25th Ward: Silver Case. This is my favorite of all Suda51's work by along shot since you can see and glance on his future works the Iconic I would say the sound design, premise, thrill, spirituality, and individualism of their written characters.

Just by this interview itself in https://www.radiotimes.com/technology/gaming/suda51-romeo-is-a-dead-man-exclusive-interview/
I quote; "I want people to, again, not just play the game, be done with it and that's it. I want the people who play my game, who play our games, to feel that it sort of left something over for them in their everyday lives afterwards. "I want them to remember it once in a while and feel something that they felt from the game everyone once in a while. I want it to stick with them in one way or another. That's the main thing I'm trying to do with the games that I make."

Those entries are so weird but so intriguing as well where they don't give a damn about mainstream or they deliver a unique way on a specific or political topics happened or happening in reality. I guess I am not too late to play these games and I really love his crafts.

So enough glazing we are here for the I can't really make a full in depth review because I might just spoil it. but overall the game is separate to 3 intertwining stories of 3 new or returning characters from the previous entry of games mentioned. The gameplay I would is close to a VN but still an adventure game some parts where you need to investigate. I can say it is 40% going around investigating and 60% reading and analyzing the characters' dialogues.

Correctness I would going to be my favorite story since I really rooted in the transmitter story as well in TSC. 2nd would be placebo and lastly matchmaker. Many memorable and forgettable characters as well but shoutout to Kuroyanagi by her design and 1st impression itself. She is very likeable even though majority of the time she is speaking ill to Shiroyabu. They are close to typical Tokio and Kusabi from the 1st game but Shiroyabu can't talk back to Kuro himself. Tsuki and Osato are hella memorable as well since they got between I would say *Good Criminal, Bad Cop* delima in my head. Last but not the lease Tokio always will be a memorable character, his arc on this game is way more into himself and just being involved on the other characters in the story but he has a great development overall I hope to see him again in the future. He is by far the most relatable, and amusing character written by Suda51 close to Travis Touchdown in No More Heroes series. A guy that talks to his pets, anti-social, terminally online, and overall makes a diary on himself a lot of people can resonate to that even myself I see myself on Tokio.

Over I would not say spoilers and just play the game, all of Suda51's written and Directed by aka. Kill The Past

I would probably add more update in the future if I 100% the game and see the other new contents from the remake :D

--------------REVIEW UPDATE!!!--------------------------

finished and 100% spoilers ahead from all of suda51's work.
the remake added 06 Whiteout, 07 Blackout in Correctness and 06 Yuki in Placebo unfortunately Matchmaker didn't got any additional chapter

No from the intertwining stories of correctness, matchemaker and placebo, in the remake version of the 25th ward suda added a 100 ending choices aka. 07 blackout.

Yuki is a pretty good ending as well, it felt like a passing of a torch from a person that have a silver eye before aka tokio morishima to yuki + she has basically have a pair of silver eyes which makes her pretty powerful in suda51's universe

There is also references from previous works of suda51 mentioned iirc are from Kurayami Dance, Killer7, and Mr. TD or Travis Touchdown!

overall play the game if possible 100% it amazing track and writing by suda51 as always.

game is not perfect but I love the grind, (200+ hours last time I checked)

Story is pretty good; if you have that gut feeling that is gonna happen, it is going to happen.

Combat is kind of lacking since it is just a bunch of stat & level checks on each missions. I'll play it more and progress the current story aka. 1,2 patch but I'll just wait for what is the combat update in the future.

My main objective right now is max stat the hell out of my characters with gold demon wedges + do mystical maze and dailies that is the rotation. overall I recommend the game and give a try the developers do listen to feedback of players.

Full slice and half of a pizza/10
