Bit overpriced but if you're nostalgic for golden eye I guess this'll do it

This game collected dust in the downloaded section of my library for almost a year after its release. Eventually I forced myself to play it and I regret waiting so long.

Such a good game.

The vibe of a fromsoft game the combat and UI of skyrim the humor of Fable and the IP of a classic universe we all relatively know before going into it. Refreshing and worth hundreds of hours plus decent replayability. You have complete and total freedom to make whatever fantasy class you want. I made a Necromancer that could summon six skeletons.

Endless sidequests and all of them are interesting which I dont know how they managed

The field of view feels too low and an option to adjust it would be nice. It's really annoying how devs always forget to put this in. Also an in game text chat is a must. People are complaining about the combat for good reason but it's honestly not that bad, but it could be wat better. Otherwise it seems very promising with fun mechanics and great potential.

As a MASSIVE fan of the WOD universe. I own an read all the novels, played the narrative many times, listened to the the first game's soundtrack many times. Lemme tell ya. This is what we've waited for.

The soundrack is chef's kiss perfect, with a lot of the original and unreleased songs used.
The city itself is dripping with emo goth somber vibes, exactly what I expect from a VTMB sequel.
Movement is fast and responsive, you feel the character getting more proficient as you play.
Combat is visceral and seeing how combat was trash af in the first game this is extremely welcome.

Cons are there arent as many role play additions. The first game's clans offered a legitimately different way to play the game, here you just get a few different powers, with many of clans sharing some abilities. No Nosferatu or Malkavian (I'm guessing they'll be DLC's which is gay af)

The writing is still pretty good, despite what most people are complaining about. I take writing very seriously and this doesn't make me feel insulted. In the modern age of trash writing I'll take it over what we've been getting.

lazy, linear, and boring. Payday 2 is a FAR superior game with working servers.

With mods its a definite 11/10, no mods is 10/10. Warhammer 3 technically is better in every way, warhammer 2 doesnt blow my fuse box to process the graphics like 3 does, so I find myself staying on 2 rather than playing 3.
