If you're looking for a casual game, keep looking. You kinda have to be a certain degree of nerd to enjoy this.

Props to Rocketwerkz for making and maintainging this gem of a game. It keeps getting better and better, and is activeky developed.

A great mind-bender in the same lane that you'll find anitchamber. The puzzles aren't too hard, but the visuals and the ambience make it absolutely worth playing. Turn the volume up and the lights down and have a blast.

DANGER: Danger everywhere

PTSD Simulator. Being suppressed by an MG42 while the artillery rounds whine and bang all around you, seeing your squad leader go from person to mincemeat because he was at the wrong place in the wrong time. Horrifying.

And the tanks. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, if I didn't suffer from hypertension before I sure as ♥♥♥♥ do after facing off a Tiger in a Sherman, trying to shift to reverse while the spotter screams at me to back up, misshifting to forward and then stopping again, seeing the Tiger slowly turn it's death delivering pipe toward you

Although I'm only scratching the surface of it with my 24 hours of usage (I'll admit, it's probably closer to half, since I have a bad habit of idlig), Crocotile 3D is a very capable and user friendly low poly 3D design program. The controls may seem a bit wonky at first (coming from Blender, this was probably exacerbated tenfold for me), but you'll quickly get the hang of it. 3D models take form quickly, and with the tileset editor you can easily make the UV design on the fly while making the model, iterating and changing as the model grows.

If you're like me, coming from traditional 3D modeling, it might take some time to get used to the tile-based model building, but hang in there! I'd say the learning curve is far less steep than other 3D modeling programs.

Also worth noting that the dev is a super swell guy, and very active on the steam forums. I have personally gotten help several times, and he usually answers within minutes to hours. There is also extensive documentation and a ton of youtube instructions on the official channel, as well as a bunch of helpful people on the discord. If you're wondering about starting with 3D modeling, this wonderful piece of software is a great place to start, with a gentle learning curve and a ton of help online.
