Hi, I just checked your tips. I think it has not fully solved my problem, because I believe my download progress should be around 75% more, but it only restarts at 30% now. Well, it's better than restarting from 1% because at first it was from 1%.

But I did indeed use the CMD shutdown command, which I believe is the root problem cause it is probably just forcing close Steam. Lesson learnt though, and at least I can salvage something. Thank you for sharing :)
