Incredibly fun. I enjoyed it a little bit more than Dark Souls 3, which was my first entry with the series. A harder game than its sequel, but not by a ton. Just more archaic, such as having a variety of upgrade materials and blacksmiths, reduced warping, and much darker areas, including one that requires a light source. I would say that this definitely outshines base DS3, but DS3 with DLC beats this game on having a little more fun content and locales overall. Cannot wait to start Dark Souls 2.

When I first played this game, I was completely in love with it. I thought it was great. It still is, but compared to the first 2 games, I wish there was so much more here.

This remaster is much less buggy compared to Bioshock 2's. The game is great too.

SFV Champion Edition is a very nice game, I personally believe it has both a huge roster and will be able to age more gracefully compared to USF4. It's overhated but I quite like it.

Very fun game that is excellent at getting noobs, especially smash players, into anime fighters with its much more streamlined control system. Very fun, needs a better hud and more characters.

If you really like Dark Souls 3, you should get this season pass. Most of the bosses here are fun, the levels look much more interesting than the main game, and the items are cool. The difficulty is higher than the base game I'd say but that's coming from a half-strength half-faith singleplayer build guy

I personally prefer the other DLC, but this one is nice too. The rings could be considered "pay to win" in online fights, as they are the highest level and only found in this DLC, but they shouldn't impact your first-time playthrough all that much. I fought the final boss right after finishing this DLC and found him pretty easy compared to the bosses here so I don't know.

My favorite DLC out of the two, I enjoyed the bosses here more than in Ringed City, and I like the aesthetic more too. I didn't like Ariamis in the first game that much, but it looks nicer here. If you like Dark Souls, buy it.

It's the first souls game I've ever beat, despite me restarting my playthrough 2 times. Compared to DS1, it's not that hard as everyone says and very beginner friendly, but a lot of the areas are just variations of similar levels in the first game, such as the archives and farron keep. I love this game, but it relies too much on the first game, which I feel like most beginners are not gonna understand. The DLC's are good too, worth the price in my opinion.

This review is about King of Cards, the new expansion. All the other campaigns are wonderful, fair, and just generally fun. King of Cards... is not. While the spritework and music is great, I absolutely hate how King Knight control. He feels so clunky compared to the 3 previous protagonists. All the items are useless and don't help in the long run except for the glove, which drains vigor somewhat quickly. The airship feels like the devs wanted to give King Knight a hubworld, but decided to also give him the overworld map. Why not just give me one or the other? It's always annoying to have to beat an area and either get sent back to the overworld or airship, with the airship cutscene taking up time. Of course, you can skip it, but you can't skip King Knight jumping onto the rope, watching the same animation over and over again. The final thing I dislike about KoC, is the card game itself. It's fine mechanically, but the AI is very random, difficulty-wise. I spent a good 20 minutes trying to beat Skip, the fisherman. I finally beat him twice, once for his card, but when I fought Mona, I spent only 3 minutes, and she was supposed to be the boss. It's not the just the difficulty too, the placement of the coins is always random, the first cards you deal are random, and whoever has the first turn is chosen at random. It's a card game, so obviously there is going to be RNG, but when even the AI is random at times in difficulty, you know something is off. I'm glad this expansion is out, but if it got delayed for quality testing, I feel like a longer delay should've happened.
