I did not know what to expect of this game when I bought it. I hadn't played the previous Wolfenstein games, but the game looked awesome and most of the reviews I read were really positive. So I started playing, and I wasn't disappointed. The graphics look awesome, there's no denying that. The storyline couldn't have been better, agreed. But then we get to the negative part of the game.
1. It feels like you spend more time watching cutscenes than actually playing the game. There's way too little action and gameplay for a 50 euro game.
2. The concept of the story is awesome, but I don't think they have fully used its potential. SPOILER ALERT! SPOILER ALERT! All you do is: fight in the war for a little bit -> wake up and fight to get to a prison and help prisoners escape -> kill the boss. That's the way the game feels, and once again this is not satisfying enough for such an expensive game.
3. Things are too clearly shown in the game. It should be a challenge to find an exit, or certain items, so please don't buy this game if you are looking for a FPS/puzzle-ish kind of game. Everything is clearly highlighted and there is absolutely no fun in searching for anything.
4. The game is too short. It's as simple as that. I finished the campaign in 8 hours, and I suppose that is mostly because of me not searching for collectables, but I didn't feel the need to find them as there wouldn't be that big of a challenge in it.

Final judgement
Don't buy this game. I bought it during the summer sale for 25 euro's and if there was a way to get my money back, I would. It is just not worth it, it's too short, there's no challenge in finding anything etc. Sure, the graphics, storyline and fighting itself are awesome but not exceptional for a modern-day FPS game and therefore I do not judge this game as worthy of its price. Value for money to me is a 4/10.
