this game has incredibly charming graphics, story, gameplay, character, and music
i just really love this game
it is very buggy but i find the bugs to be fun when i find them
i recommend the switch release, i do not own the steam release

the community is horrible, half of them act like 9 year olds and still think 'im ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ur mom' is funny and that gay is a good word to call people despite it being a degenerate insult at homosexuals. but if you turn off chat and actually focus on playing the game and having fun besides just getting kr for no reason then its still annoying. the game is heavily unbalanced and someone with a shotgun can kill you with one hit from med range or someone with an lmg can 2 hit you while soaking up all your damage. the ar can 3 hit wihle having too much ammo and fire rate and some of the weapons are just useless and never used then its annoying when people use them because you never expect them. the spawns are horrible, youre always spawning next to someone or someone whos camping and the game does nothing to stop that. the matchmaking is horrible, you could be just starting the game then go against a lobby of level 90 and 100. its honestly a bad experience each and every game and i entirely recommend it. yeah, it can get pretty fun with the nice movement and amazing skins. if you focus at playing the game, itll be pretty easy. while the weapons are unbalanced, there are always tricks to overcome it and easily wipe out the server. youre just gonna need to get better at it. while there are flaws, far too many flaws, it can still be classified as a game and its ftp so theres nothing stopping you.

another problem: the game uses electron and chromium instead of an actual port, so dont expect it to run greatly if you have a lower end pc. playing games with these clients are extremely unoptimized in disk space, memory usage, and overall speed so thats why people typically dislike it.

This is a great remaster of an already perfect game! The sprite look extremely polished and cute, and the effects are more impactful! I love listening to the music, it's very calming and makes me think of people hanging themself in their bedroom and stabbing themself inside of a classroom
All-in-all, it's a very fun game and I'm proud to see some more content! Perhaps we can get a sequel soon...

One of my friends had the Switch version of the game. It runs well, but the key difference is the desktop mode. It emulates a Linux desktop and allows you to configurate the files of DDLC+, making it entirely console friendly! This is an addition I've wanted for a while, cuz I never saw how the 3DS port worked! I think this also made it's way to the PC version, but I personally never saw it.
