My family and a former friend.... A lot less so. One prize response was "well aren't you bi, so didn't you enjoy it?" No, weirdly enough I didn't because I was an eight year old.child and he was a grown man. The rest of it was the normal minimising CSA victims get " but it was so long ago" & "why didn't you say anything" and so on. I didn't notice anyone going down the "less of a man" route but I've had to deal with people treating me like that for my whole life so it's just the same old boring background radiation at this point, toxic but it sure as hell isn't gonna kill me.
I've never been so close to crying in public. And I never told them anything again. Actually, come to think of it, that was the last time I opened up to a woman who wasn't my mother about anything.
