The Forgotten City

9.2 Hours played

What a story. Thank you Nick Pearce and the Modern Storyteller team for this absolute GOLD of a modern fable.
This is one of those games that is all about story. And this is a story that can only be told through a game.

Go in blind, it is going to worth your while. Without spoiling the game for you. You can expect a deep, philosophical discussion about morality. A clash between ancient/modern humanity/alien view on moral and value. It is fascinating through and through.

The Forgotten City took note from immersive sim genre and offered players alternative methods to solve problems. Every problem you solve will reflect on this small but intricate world and lead you to a even more intriguing plot.

I am a jaded gamer. Capitals flooded the gaming industry, I thought the booming market will invite more talents. The truth is it only invites more businessmen. While the vultures hovering over the desolate land that is the gaming industries looking for whatever they can pick up on to profit. Modern Storytellers hides in the underground and they forged a golden city that takes a true gamer to delve in and explore.
