the Declaration of Independence
Unanimous Declaration of 13 States of the United States of America:

In the course of human historical events, when it is necessary for a nation to lift its political ties with another nation and to achieve independence and equality among the world powers in accordance with the laws of nature and God's will, the sincerity of human opinion With respect, they are required to declare their reasons for being independent and independent.

We believe the following truth is self-evident: everyone is created and equal, and the Creator grants them some non-transferable rights, including the right to life, freedom, and the right to pursue happiness. In order to guarantee these rights, a government was established that was agreed by the governed. Once any form of government undermines these goals, the people have the right to change it or abolish it and establish a new government. The principles on which the new government is based and the way in which it organizes its power must make the people believe that only in this way can their security and happiness be most likely to be guaranteed. It is true that prudence will prevent a long-established government from being changed for trivial and temporary reasons. All past experience has also shown that human beings are more inclined to endure suffering that they can tolerate rather than abolish them to save themselves. A form of government that has long been used to. However, when the abuse of power and the clever use of seizures are continuous and endless, proving that the government is pursuing the goal of trying to put people under autocratic rule, the people have the right and the obligation to overthrow such a government and for their future security Create new safeguards. This is why the people of our colonies have always endured the suffering and why they now have to rise to change the original political system. The history of the Kingdom of Great Britain today is a history of repetitive harms and cleverness. The immediate purpose of all these acts is to establish authoritarian tyranny in our states. In order to prove this, the facts are presented before the justices of the world:

He refused to approve the laws that are most beneficial and necessary for public welfare.

He forbade his governors to approve urgent, extremely important laws, unless they were suspended before his consent, and during the suspension, he ignored them altogether.

He refused to approve other laws concerning the relocation of people to large areas, unless those people were willing to give up their representation in the legislature; such representation was of inestimable significance to the people and was only terrible to the tyrant of. He called the state legislative groups to a special, extremely inconvenient place far away from the government archives, and his sole purpose was to make them exhausted and obey his will.

He has repeatedly dismissed the parliaments of the states, which have steadfastly resisted his violation of the rights of the people.

After dissolving the state legislatures, he refused to let the people choose a new parliament for a long time; the indiscriminate legislative power was exercised by the general public; while the states were still in danger of internal disturbances and external troubles.

He worked hard to curb population growth in the states; to this end, he created obstacles to the Aliens Naturalization Act, refused to approve other laws that encouraged foreigners to move to the states, and increased conditions for redistributing land.

He refused to approve laws establishing judicial power, thereby hindering judicial administration.

He left the judge's term of office, the amount of salary, and the method of payment to the sole discretion of his own will.

He created new posts, sent a large number of officials to restrain our people, and drained our people's financial resources.

He stationed the standing army in our states in peacetime without the consent of our legislature.

He sought to make the army independent of and above the regime.

He colluded with some people, asking us to submit to a jurisdiction that was incompatible with our system and not recognized by our law; and approved those fabricated counterfeiting bills.

We have a large number of armed forces here.

Deceptive trials are used to shield those who kill our inhabitants of the state and to give them impunity.

Cut off our trade with the rest of the world.

Taxes are imposed on us without our consent.

Deprived of our jury power in many cases.

Escorted us to trial overseas for unwarranted charges.

The abolition of the British legal system guaranteeing freedom in neighboring areas, the establishment of an authoritarian government, and the expansion of its borders, in an attempt to make it a model and a handy tool in order to lead the same authoritarian rule to our colonies. Cancel our charter, repeal our most precious decrees, and fundamentally change our form of government. Shut down our own legislature and have the right to make laws for us on all matters.

He declared that we were no longer protected and that we were at war. This shows that he has given up the regime here.

He plundered in our waters, harassed our coastal areas, burned down our towns and killed our people.

He is now transporting a large number of foreign mercenaries with the intention of causing death, destruction and tyranny. He has created an atmosphere of brutality and betrayal that is rare even in the most barbaric times in human history. He is totally unworthy to be the head of a civilized country.

He forced our compatriots captured on the high seas to arm themselves against their country, to serve as executioners to kill their loved ones and friends, or to die in the hands of their loved ones.

He instigated civil strife between us, and tried his best to instigate our frontier residents, those cruel and uncivilized Indians; and the well-known fighting principle of the Indians was that men, women, and children, regardless of the situation, should be killed in general.

At each stage of these coercive policies, we have asked for corrections in the most humble terms; the answers to each appeal have only been repeatedly damaged. A monarch is unworthy to be the ruler of a free people when his actions have been branded with a tyrant.

We have not disregarded our British brethren. We remind them from time to time that their legislature attempts to impose unreasonable jurisdiction on us; we have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We once appealed to their innate sense of justice and chivalry, urging them to remember the same kind of fellowship and resist those predatory acts so as not to affect our connection and friendship. But they turned a deaf ear to such a righteous, flesh-and-blood call. Therefore, we have to declare separation from them and treat them the same way as other nations in the world: fighting against us is the enemy; and reconciling with us is our friend.

Therefore, we, the representatives of the United States of America gathered at the General Assembly, in the name of and authorized by these kind peoples of the colonies, appeal to the most upright and just people in the world, explain our solemn intentions, and solemnly declare : These united colonies have since become, and must, in accordance with their rights, be free and independent nations; they have discharged all their obligations to loyalty to the British royal family, and have since completely severed and must sever all political ties with the Kingdom of Great Britain. As free and independent nations; they have full authority to declare war, make peace, ally, trade, or take all other actions that independent nations have the right to take. In support of this declaration, we swear to each other with the firm faith of God's blessing, with our lives, our possessions, and our sacred honor.
