Got in a baby kookaburra! Smallest one I've had thus far, about 2 or 3 days old, featherless, eats like a champ, weight 70 grams. Probably kicked from the nest in an act of attempted siblicide- kookaburra childhood can be tough. Thank Poseidon I got a kilo of chicken mince today- bones & all, perfect for growing carnivorous birdies!

Now just need to find a unisex name related to Poseidon as I feel that this little kingfisher is a gift from my God.

This makes dealing with the loss of Agamemnon a bit easier.
