Tip: You can add or remove sources in your notebook by selecting + Add or unselecting individual sources in the “Sources” panel.
Tip: When you have 5+ sources, Gemini Notebook can auto-label & categorize sources, allowing you to quickly and easily organize your sources by topic. You can also manually modify source organization by:
- Adding a new label
- Re-naming labels
- Deleting labels
- Moving sources to different labels
Tip: to view the prompt used to generate your audio overview, video overview, flashcards, quizzes, or reports, select “View custom prompt” within the three dots menu next to your artifact in the Studio panel. For flashcards, quizzes, and videos, a “Show prompt” is also available next to the title in the viewer.
Tip: Any modifications made within exported Docs or Sheets files do not synchronize with your original Gemini Notebook content. Sharing permissions do not carry over from Gemini Notebook to exported files.

-
Copy the link and share it with recipients. You can also choose to “Copy link to chat view” to copy the Chat View link.
