Brawl Stars is not only an amazing game, but the team and company behind it is pretty unique. After 7 years here the biggest culture difference of Supercell compared to my previous employers is the “Freedom and Responsability” aspect : as team member you are free to work on what you wish, as you wish, as long as you spend your time responsibily. Freedom with no responsability is complete chaos, but balanced with responsability it’s a manageable chaos where proactivite people thrive. I’ve seen senior and junior people fresh out of HiVe strive in that environement. If you want to know more about Brawl or Supercell in general feel free to ask :-)
