Mark Davis sent the Georgia secretary of state and the State Election Board a complaint seeking an investigation of as many as 25,794 potentially illegal votes cast during the 2022 midterm election.
A complaint filed simultaneously with the Georgia secretary of state and the State Election Board and obtained exclusively by The Federalist reveals tens of thousands of potentially illegal votes were cast in the 2022 midterm election.
This revelation comes after the Georgia secretary of state ignored a similar complaint highlighting evidence indicating that nearly 35,000 potentially illegal votes may have been included in the final tally certifying Joe Biden as the state winner by 11,779 votes. And now, with just four months until the November 2024 general election, the stateโs refusal to address the problem ensures chaos will ensue unless there is a complete blowout by one of the candidates.

Don Lemon, the former CNN anchor, sued Elon Musk and X on Thursday, arguing that the billionaire refused to pay him after a content deal with the social media platform fell apart.
๐คฅ Mr. Lemon agreed in January to take his new show to X, which Mr. Musk owns, as part of the platformโs effort to create premium content to attract advertisers. Mr. Musk agreed to pay Mr. Lemon $1.5 million annually to produce videos exclusively on X, to give him a share of the advertising revenue from his videos and to award Mr. Lemon additional cash incentives as his account gained followers, according to the lawsuit, which was filed in California Superior Court in San Francisco.๐คฅ
Mr. Musk also agreed to be Mr. Lemonโs first guest on the show. But the March interview quickly devolved as Mr. Lemon asked the billionaire about his drug use and politics. Shortly after, Mr. Musk canceled the deal.
Mr. Lemon did not sign a contract cementing the agreement, which he believed would be a launchpad for his new show after CNN fired him last year, the lawsuit said. Mr. Musk told him during a phone call that there was no need to โfill out paperworkโ and reassured Mr. Lemon that X would financially support the show even if he did not like the views Mr. Lemon espoused, according to the court filing.

"Alex Beard, the billionaire former head of oil at Glencore Plc, was charged with corruption by the UKโs top fraud agency, alongside four other ex-employees from the commodities trader.
Beard, 56, who was one of Glencoreโs top executives for more than a decade before his departure in 2019, is the highest profile individual to be charged in a sweeping series of investigations into corruption and market manipulation at the company โ and one of the most senior commodity traders ever to be charged with wrongdoing.
The UKโs Serious Fraud Office accused Beard of conspiring to make corrupt payments to benefit Glencoreโs oil operations in West Africa. The agency alleges he conspired to make the payments to government officials and employees of state owned oil firms in Nigeria between 2010 and 2014, and Cameroon between 2007 and 2014."

The UK Undercover Policing Inquiry was hearing evidence from a former police officer on Thursday when the feed was abruptly cut after he started talking about the role of the governmentโs domestic spying agency, MI5, in smearing political activists.
An inquiry into the conduct and activity of undercover policing in the United Kingdom from 1968 to 2008, commonly known as the โSpy Copsโ inquiry due to it having been set up over a decade ago in response to claims about police officers entering romantic relationships with female left-wing activists, is hearing evidence from its first former undercover police officer on Thursday.

The world just witnessed a brutal red-pill. This woman who has tirelessly pursued a dream of winning in the Olympics was beaten by a biological man.
The only solution is for women to stand up and say no. No they will not compete against men. No, a man cannot be a woman. This is a time to be bold.

Kamala has been known to recount her background as a sex crime prosecutor. In July 2019, for example, she rightly criticized the unusually lax penalties placed on notorious pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. She attacked prosecutor Alex Acosta for โprotecting predators.โ
Harris, seeing an opportunity to capitalize on a tragic, yet sensationalized story, decided to go after the law firm that represented Epstein in those proceedings as well. Interestingly enough, Kamala was glad to take campaign donations from that very firm.

Harris specialized in prosecuting sex crimes and child exploitation as a young prosecutor just out of law school. But when it came to taking on the Catholic Church, survivors of clergy sexual abuse say that Harris turned a blind eye, refusing to take action against clergy members accused of sexually abusing children when it meant confronting one of the cityโs most powerful political institutions.

Former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani has agreed to a last-minute deal in his bankruptcy case and will pay an estimated $400,000 in administrative fees to a financial adviser hired by his creditors, court papers show.
The agreement was filed on July 31 in federal court in White Plains, New York.
According to the court filing, Giuliani, 80, will give his lawyers $100,000 to help pay the creditorsโ forensic financial adviser, New York-based Global Data Risk.
The rest of the firmโs expenses will be paid from the proceeds of Giuliani selling either his New York City apartment or his Florida condominium, which are worth an estimated $5.6 million and $3.5 million, respectively, according to court documents.
Global Data Risk may also put liens on both of those properties to ensure Giulianiโwho once served as legal adviser to then-president Donald Trumpโpays all its fees, the agreement states.
