"A lawsuit journalists and allies of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange brought against the CIA advanced in federal court Tuesday after a federal judge turned down a bid by the spy agency to toss out the case.

Manhattan-based U.S. District Court Judge John Koeltl ruled four Americans who visited Assange while he was holed up at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London several years ago can proceed with their suit over allegations that a security contractor gave the CIA data copied from their phones during those visits.

In his 27-page decision, Koeltl rejected portions of the Assange visitors lawsuit filed last year that alleged the CIA violated their rights by eavesdropping on conversations at the embassy and by obtaining copies of their passports.

However, Koeltl said accessing the contents of their phones — if that occurred — invaded the visitors’ privacy rights under the U.S. Constitution."

The businessman, whom federal prosecutors consider a corrupt enabler of Venezuela’s authoritarian socialist government, is accused of siphoning off hundreds of millions of dollars in state contracts.“

President Trump has never been convicted of any crime. This Colorado Supreme Court decision is a clear violation of not only his rights, but the rights of the American voter to vote for the candidate of their choice. This decision is what ELECTION INTERFERENCE looks like!

A key and important quote from the dissent of those CO Supreme Court judges voting against this unconstitutional decision comes from no less than a democrat Justice, Judge Samour—in his dissent he wrote:

“I have been involved in the justice system for thirty-three years now, and what took place here doesn’t resemble anything I’ve seen in a courtroom.”

I fully expect the USSC to throw this case out, it should be a 9-0 vote (we’ll see) and a decision must be made immediately to reinstate Trump because ballots for Colorado are supposed to be to go to print in early January. And this should shut down all the other states foolish enough to violate our constitution—this all has to stop and stop now!
