My colleagues and I have grave constitutional concerns about the appointment of Jack Smith. That is why I am demanding answers from him. Jack Smith has 9 days to respond.

A Planned Parenthood poster for 9th graders.

Witness the beauty and elegance, the composition and attention to detail.

Note: the sophisticated combination of grooming propaganda along side vaccine propaganda.

This is a potent Redpill for the normies.

Trump benefits from RFK Jr running as a third party candidate. I’ve yet to see a recent poll that shows Biden would benefit from RFK.

RFK ain’t gonna steal voters from Trump. RFK gonna steal those half-awake Dem voters disillusioned with their party but still hate orange man.

A disbarred Mississippi attorney who served prison time for bribery told investigators on the House impeachment inquiry Thursday that he gave first brother James Biden $800,000 in loans, but only got $400,000 back — presenting a new twist in the wide-ranging inquiry.

Joey Langston said in a closed-door deposition that “he does not have any documentation or records of such loans,” according to a source familiar with his testimony.

Langston said he made four loans to James in 2016, one in 2017 and possibly others at additional points in time.

President Donald Trump’s March 4 trial date on charges of plotting to overturn the results of the 2020 election has been dropped from the public calendar of the federal court in Washington, a sign of what has long been anticipated — that his claim of presidential immunity from criminal prosecution would delay his trial while it remains on appeal.

As of at least Thursday, the March 4 trial date was dropped from a date-searchable calendar on the public website of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. It was not immediately clear when it was removed. An internal master court trial calendar distributed Jan. 26 showed Trump’s trial date, suggesting the change was recent, according to a federal official who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an internal document.

Chutkan also has acknowledged that Trump’s March trial was off. On Jan. 24, for example, Chutkan scheduled a new trial for April 2, when Trump’s projected six- to eight-week trial would have been ongoing. This Wednesday, Chutkan set a March 18 hearing for another defendant, saying, “I suspect in March I will not be in trial.”

Special counsel Jack Smith's team has questioned several witnesses about a closet and a so-called "hidden room" inside President Donald Trump's residence at Mar-a-Lago that the FBI didn't check while searching the estate in August 2022, sources familiar with the matter told ABC News.

As described to ABC News, the line of questioning in several interviews ahead of Trump's indictment last year on classified document charges suggests that -- long after the FBI seized dozens of boxes and more than 100 documents marked classified from Trump's Mar-a-Lago estate -- Smith's team was trying to determine if there might still be more classified documents there.

According to sources, some investigators involved in the case came to later believe that the closet, which was locked on the day of the search, should have been opened and checked.

BREAKING: FOIA Documents Reveal Government Officials Notified of Election Fraud in Michigan Following Election Day in 2020

Investigative journalist Yehuda Miller obtained documents from Michigan through a FOIA request and shared the initial release on Twitter-X on Thursday evening.

Department of Justice officials knew on November 5, 2020, two days after the election, that there was a very serious accusation of voter fraud reported at the TCF Center in Detroit from election night.

In a November 5 email, Troy Cummings, a Michigan attorney, contacted Matthew Schneider at the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to report an “egregious situation” at Detroit’s TCF Center involving the counting of ballots and “ballot fraud in Detroit.” The email to the DOJ included photographs supporting the allegations.

Matthew Schneider found the claims “alarming” and requested an FBI investigation. He forwarded the information to several DOJ officials at the time.
