            Partial call signs are acceptable, such as KA, KAX, WAM.

      Application File Number:
            File number must be exact. for example BML-20110222AEG, 0000249819.
            LMS filing ID numbers can also be used here, for example
              df1de3f913774cb5b186c1b6063ebeb7 .
            Only FM band records with current engineering data will be retrieved.

            FM List options provide faster response for larger inquiries.
