In #Baghlan, a deteriorated irrigation canal is reducing water flow to 240 hectares of farmland, affecting livelihoods of 2,000 families. To address this, we @ICRC are rehabilitating the canal through Cash-for-Work to restore irrigation and enhance community resilience.
