Holds a lot more than I anticipated. I can never avoid Cilantro going bad, and this was a GAME CHANGER! The construction is nice and durable feeling and the design makes it really sturdy to keep balanced. It is very straight forward and easy to use and clean, there are not nooks and crannies, everything is very open and accessible. I have not experienced any leaking, as the base is a solid piece and the plug fits really well. It functions just as described and perfectly for keeping herbs fresh and watered for longer freshness. The cover can be finicky, but I allude that to me using one for a whole bunch of cilantro. Pictured is what cilantro looked like a week later. I washed, shook dry and stored with some water in the bottom. Receiving two makes this a great value!

    I can't say enough great things about these! I had to order more for gifts! They keep my hers fresh for up to three weeks, as without them, they last 2-3 days! Just change the water. Not always easy to get the lid on, but i don't care! It's so much better than having to keep throwing things out!

    Ordered these to help keep some of our herbs fresher for longer in the fridge. These things actually work really well! Normally, if you store like parsley, it goes bad in like a week or so. We have literally neglected it in this container before, at it lasted a whole month before it was too bad to use. It's easy to open and can store a medium-sized bunch of herbs. We have no complaints and would definitely recommend these as they can pay for themselves with saved herbs!
