In 2016, we co-invested with leading overseas carriers to build the landmark Asia–Africa–Europe submarine cable (AAE-1). We now hold 580 Gbps of lit capacity on AAE-1, along with long-term scalability rights.
Stretching 25,000 km, AAE-1 is the first cable system to directly connect major regions across Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Europe.
