According to a notification, a district and sessions judge will receive Rs195,000 per month, additional district and sessions judge Rs175,000, senior civil judge Rs150,000, and a civil judge Rs100,000.
“The unilateral withdrawal or detachment of such security, contrary to the said statutory entitlement, amounts to non-compliance with an express provision of law,” letter says.
