3. 试制调整 整个电路都是常用的元器件,非常有利于自制且成本不高。输入级差分对管2n5210/2n5087 可以用2sc2362/2sa1016 代用,2n5550/2n5400可以用2n5551/2n5401 代用。要注意的是:我国市面上2n5551/2n5401 对管非常泛滥,质量参差不齐,最好选用安森美的原装管, 也可以用2sc2705/2sa1145 代替。放大器的频率补偿设置得非常完善,有足够的相位裕度不会出现自激。mje180 可以用2sc3423 或2sc3419 代替。被动管和输出管必须使原装型号,并且要求严格配对,最好在10%以内,这个配对误差将直接影响失真度指标。电阻未标注功率的为1/4 w、精度1%的金属膜电阻,小容量电容最好选择高频特性好的聚苯乙烯电容器。 线路板设计和整机布局对高质量的放大器的重要性不亚于电路设计。实际制作时将高电流脉冲的整流、滤波电源部分、双声道小信号前级电压放大部分、四元互补对管输出级及喇叭保护部分,分开单独设计,如图5 所示,共4 块电路板(小信号前级电压放大部分左/ 右声道各一块)。喇叭保护使用高可靠性的μpc1237 集成
