Actor. Born William Lance LeGault in Chicago, Illinois, his father was of French-Canadian origin, his mother was of Slavic-Jewish parentage. He received an athletic scholarship to play football at the University of Wichita in Kansas, and while attending there, he earned a degree in Business. He gravitated to the motion picture industry and due to his sturdy physique, he was initially a stuntman for actor-singer and friend Elvis Presley in the pictures "Kissin' Cousins" (1964), "Roustabout" (1964) and voice over work as well as playing tambourine alongside Elvis in the sit down section with Elvis' band mates in the "Singer Presents Elvis" ('68 Comeback Special). This opened the door for him to land acting parts in both features, as well as television and with his distinctive low voice, he was usually cast in military and menacing roles. In addition to appearing g in "The A-Team" hetypo played 'Colonel Buck Greene' in television detective series "Magnum, P.I." and 'Alamo Joe Rogan' in "Werewolf" (1987 to 1988).
