PROCESS

Rounds:

  • Resume Shortlisting
  • Online Assessment (Verbal, Aptitude, Technical MCQs, Coding)
  • Interview

Resume Shortlisting

  • Candidates register with personal details and resume on the portal.
  • Profiles are screened based on CGPA criteria, resume content, and prior employment status.
  • My initial application was unsuccessful, possibly due to my resume or indicating prior employment.
  • The second time, we were given a Microsoft form to fill out details along with fresh registration in the portal.
  • This time, I uploaded the same resume but did not indicate prior employment, and got shortlisted.

Online Assessment

  • Includes sections on Verbal, Aptitude (Quantitative + Reasoning), Technical MCQs, and Coding (2 questions).
  • At least 1 coding question needs to be fully solved according to my knowledge.
  • Prepare well for this because once this round is done, the interview feels like a cakewalk in most cases.

Interview

  • Covers selfintroduction, technical questions, and HR questions.
  • Technical focus on project details (rationale, role, challenges faced, solutions).
  • DSA: One coding question on Circular Linked List where I had to explain the approach and write part of the code in my preferred programming language, which I chose Python. The question was: How do you determine if a given Linked List is a Circular Linked List?
  • HR questions: No questions were asked except "Any questions for me?" (some basic HR questions were asked to my friends).

Tips:

  • Emphasis on language proficiency, aptitude, and basic DSA (Leetcode easy) is required for such companies.
