The interview lasted for approximately 25 minutes. During the interview, which was conducted by a panel of two individuals, I was primarily asked questions pertaining to the subjects I studied in college. My department in college was Power Engineering The questions asked were:
- What is the meaning of your name?
- Introduce yourself.
- What is your specialization?
- What are the subjects you are taught?
- My house has a slanted roof and sunlight is not coming properly. Is it possible to put solar panels 500m away from my house. What are the problems and is there a better solution?
- Which is more dangerous AC or DC? Can you die with DC current? What is the voltage?
- What causes transmission loss? How can you reduce transmission losses?
- Can you name some of the non-conventional sources except wind and solar?
- What is the electricity generated by the solar panels?
- Can you generate electricity using a ceiling fan? How can you generate it?
- There are many electrical supply chains and in different states, there is a different rate for electricity. Why is it different? Can all the states have equal pricing?
- Have you heard about the concept of one nation one grid? Can you tell me about it?
- Suppose you are the power minister of your state, what changes do you want to do?
- What are your hobbies and do you play sports?
- You have mentioned many competitions. Tell me about one of the competitions you have won.
