Overview of Interview Process
Round 1: Technical Round
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Method: Video
- Focus: Skill assessment - Javascript, React JS, and CSS questions were asked. Promises, setTimeout, and solving a broken code from codepen were asked.
- Key Questions: Scenario-based questions were asked to opt for the right feature of React Js, such as React memo vs. useMemo hook.
- Obstacles: Asked to write a tailwind CSS class
Round 2: Managerial Round (Final Round)
- Duration: 60 minutes
- Method: Video
- Focus: Most common behavioural questions were asked.
- Key Questions:
- Have any recent challenges that you solved?
- Any achievements that you are proud of?
- Any suggestions you gave to your team that were implemented?
- Figma screen was shared and asked me to write pseudocode for a React component for a card from that design. I had to declare the state, props and callbacks for that component.
Final Outcome
- If cleared, last round would be HR round to discuss the CTC.
Tips:
- Most of us prepare for the technical rounds and attend the behavioural round without any preparation.
- Just being honest in that round doesn't help. We need to collect information from our experience that matches their company values as well.
