Care That Comes To You

Being a parent of a newborn can feel exciting and a little overwhelming. Those first few weeks with your baby can bring big changes, questions, and new routines. But you don’t have to figure it out alone. Family Connects Ohio is here to help.

Across Ohio, many new parents are choosing to have a free in-home nurse visit after birth. This is a standard part of newborn care that helps families feel supported, confident, and connected. Our friendly, registered nurses come to your home, meet your baby, and help answer your questions – all in the comfort of your own space.
