Maybe I'll start writing in here again. I check in once every six months or so, read up on all of you, and read some of my own past entries. I think it might be healthy for me to vent/collect my thoughts electronically. I write in my actual journal sometimes, but it's kind of convenient to have all of my entries organized online and have input from friends and strangers. I think it helped me when I was sad before...
I probably won't write in here for a long time after this post. I say a lot of things that I never do.
I should work on that.

i just killed an insect that i've never seen before in my life. it wasn't a spider/fly/cricket/roach/junebug/earwig/etc... or any of that usual nonsense. it looked almost like a brown praying mantis of sorts? i'm no bug expert, but i had to stop and stare at it for quite some time before smashing it to pieces because of its novelty. what was it? and more importantly... WHY WAS IT IN MY ROOM!??!?

I woke up to the sound of a young boy crying. At first I thought it was my nephew, but then realized the sound was coming from the window, which was open from the night before. I looked outside and saw some kid crying while sitting underneath the tree in front of the house. It looked like he fell off of his bicycle, which he was holding.
When I went outside to see if he was okay, he was nowhere to be found.

i just got a call from gamestop informing me that the new ZELDA game i preordered a month or two ago will not be released until sometime after march 2006. how am i expected to wait that long? can you really have a game on preorder for 9 months? somebody help me. give me some words of encouragement.
i think i have to get mario baseball now. you know, to hold me over.
