Surgery went well Doc said. BUT I severed a nerve AND a tendon!!!! FaHK. I'm in a cast for 3 weeks. 4-6 months expected for feeling. meh.

All I wanted to do was fix a Darth Vader mask!?!!!!

Just got the disk of pics in the mail from the weekend photoshoot. Was fun and weird to be in FRONT of the camera!

They put a block on my whole left arm for the surgery. Was supposed to last 8 - 10 hours. I went to bed 13 hours after with STILL no feeling! Had to have my casted arm in a sling because i had no control over it at all. Woke up at 6am in HOLYSHITPAIN!!!!! Took a Vicodin. Was planning to drive myself to the doc for my 7:30 appt, but then Seth said he'd wake up the boys and drive me. So I took a second Vic and went back to bed for 20 min.

Been home all day with the two boys being lazy. Letting them watch tv and play video games all day so i can rest. Bad mom, but we are all entitled occasionally, right?

Seth has an official scheduled interview in Chicago this month! I have no idea where Life is leading me these days, but I have full trust that it's a place both wonderful and strange! It's all changing. I'm just hanging on for the ride.

Okay, so I have an update that I never thought I'd be able to give.

If you remember this: An incredibly unbelieveable, but completely true story of my family (if not you may wanna read and catch up....)

Here's a couple things, rereading my story, that I left out. When we first met my mom's Uncle Earl (they had a big party for the family so my mom, and us, could meet everyone back in 1991) At the party, my mom asked if anyone knew who her father was. Earl said, "it was that guy that worked at the movie theatre." But no one could remember his name. Nice. He also said she was kidnapped by some guy named "Bobier". I guess we kinda all blew off that info, because...? It didn't seem like he knew what he was talking about.
