Welcome to Love TriValley! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of LoveTriValley.com, LoveLivermore.com, LovePleasanton.com, LoveDublin.com, LoveSanRamon.com, and LoveDanville.com (collectively, the “Sites”), including all content, features, and services offered through the Sites.
The Sites are operated by Love TriValley Media Group (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a California-based media company. Love TriValley Media Group is the sole operator of the Sites and is solely responsible for the content, services, and policies described in these Terms.
Vale and Vine is a separate real estate brokerage that partners with Love TriValley. Any real estate-related activities, services, or content on the Sites are provided solely by Vale and Vine as an independent entity and are governed by Vale and Vine’s own terms and policies.
By accessing or using any of the Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Sites.
1. Our Mission
Love TriValley is a community-powered local business directory and digital guide serving the Tri-Valley region of California, including the cities of Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, and Danville. Our mission is to help residents and visitors love where they live by connecting them to local businesses, events, trails, and experiences — all curated by the community.
These Terms exist to protect both you and the community we are building together.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Sites. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Registration
Certain features of the Sites — such as writing reviews, creating lists, earning badges, and claiming business listings — require you to create an account. You may register using an email address and password or through a supported social login provider (e.g., Google, Facebook). Your account provides single sign-on access across all six Sites in our network.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at hello@lovetrivalley.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or are used for spam, fraud, or other harmful purposes. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
4. User-Generated Content
4.1 What You Can Contribute
Our platform thrives on community contributions. You may submit reviews, ratings, photos, lists, and other content (“User Content”) to the Sites. You represent that any User Content you submit is original, accurate to the best of your knowledge, and does not infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
4.2 License You Grant Us
By submitting User Content, you grant Love TriValley Media Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, modify, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and promoting the Sites. This license continues for as long as your User Content remains on the Sites and for a reasonable period afterward to allow for archival and backup purposes.
You retain full ownership of your User Content. If you delete your account or remove specific content, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to remove it from public-facing areas of the Sites within 30 days, though cached or archived copies may persist for a limited time.
4.3 Content Standards
User Content must not:
- Contain false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent information
- Include hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that discriminates on the basis of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic

- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights
- Contain spam, advertisements, solicitations, or promotional material unrelated to the platform
- Include malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
4.4 Content Moderation
We reserve the right to review, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these standards or that we believe is harmful to the community. We are not obligated to monitor all User Content but may do so to maintain platform quality and safety.
5. Copyright Infringement and DMCA Notices
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content on the Sites infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent.

Your notice must include:
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed

5.3 Counter-Notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice with your contact information, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district. We will process counter-notices in accordance with the DMCA.
5.4 Repeat Infringers
We will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
6. Gamification and Community Rewards
Love TriValley offers a gamification system that includes points, badges, ranks, and leaderboards to recognize and reward active community contributors. These rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, goods, or services. We reserve the right to modify the gamification system, adjust point values, or revoke rewards at any time, particularly in cases of abuse or manipulation.
7. Business Listings and Claims
7.1 Business Information
Business listings on the Sites may include information sourced from public databases, user submissions, and third-party data providers. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any business listing. Business hours, contact information, and other details may change without notice.
7.2 Claiming a Listing
If you are a business owner or authorized representative, you may claim your business listing to manage your information, respond to reviews, and access business tools. By claiming a listing, you represent that you have the authority to do so and that the information you provide is accurate.
7.3 No Endorsement
Inclusion of a business on the Sites does not constitute an endorsement by Love TriValley Media Group. “Nicole’s Pick” badges are editorial selections made at Nicole’s personal discretion and represent personal recommendations, not paid placements or guarantees of quality.
8. Changes to the Sites
We are continuously improving and evolving the Love TriValley platform.
