I've seen this maybe 15 times now. Not only did it introduce me to Jucika (which has been an interesting rabbit hole to dive down), but 'The Apartment'. I love how stylized this is, as if an interesting middleground between toonhole's works and that of older colorized pieces in newspapers from a good amount of decades ago. I love the fading on everything (including the shadows) giving it just enough personality in contrast to the characters in the foreground- but not enough to make it seem out of place. I absolutely adore how the 'space' is given breathing room to make the audio and the visuals match in a way that makes sense and conveys the moment's essence. The way that they blink eyes at the 12 second mark struck me like lightning. Really carried that moment. The facial expressions are priceless and have respect for the older style of comics (I could be waxing poetic and terribly wrong here, but that won't stop me) this seems to pay homage to.
Seen it a bunch and I can't seem to get enough.
Thanks for sharing, friend. This is a gem.
Keep at it,
