Kameron Hurley
I’m Kameron Hurley, award-winning author of the upcoming novel These Savage Stars (2027), The Light Brigade, The Stars Are Legion, God’s War, and The Worldbreaker Saga (among others). You’ve stumbled into an exclusive story sandbox where all the brutal Hurley story magic happens: I've got a bunch of weird, wild, gooey fiction you won’t get anywhere else. For just $1, you'll become an Adventurer and offical member of Hurley’s Heros. Your support helps sustain a working writer’s life… AND you get the stories still in my head out of it and into the world. It wouldn’t EXIST without all of you. Here's what you get: Fresh Fiction Every Month At the Adventurer tier, you get a brand-new short story in your inbox (PDF/EPUB/MOBI) every MONTH. These are fully standalone adventures. No homework required. Even better, you’ll join our exclusive Hurley’s Heroes Discord community, where we share fiction and film recs and talk about all things writing. Oh, and dog photos! Don’t forget the dog photos. Instant Bonus !!! Every new patron - even at the $1 level!!! - immediately unlocks the entire archive of Patreon stories (currently a DECADE worth of weird and wonderful fiction). You get those directly to your inbox with your first pledge. I can guarantee that's the best value you'll get on that much short fiction outside of piracy. Tiered Rewards Depending on your appetite, you can also get: Behind-the-scenes updates and snippets of works in progress Full videos of every episode of the Get to Work, Hurley podcast Audio versions of EVERY short story …and more surprises as this community grows. Why Your Support Matters You’re making it possible for me to write more short stories and fewer corporate websites (the world doesn’t need anymore corporate websites). AND: You help a working author make art that wouldn’t otherwise exist You get direct access to work long before anyone else You enable more creative work made by humans, for humans Every short story is made possible because you choose to be here. That’s why I call you Hurley’s Heroes. Your support is pretty damn heroic. Ready to join up? We're ready to welcome you! Your adventures are waiting...
