"Staying at this airport hotel was incredibly convenient for my early morning flight. It's just a 3-minute walk directly to the departure hall! Xiao Qiao and Xiao Xing provided excellent service; they proactively contacted me about my check-in time and arranged a quiet, non-smoking room, which I really appreciated. During the Chinese New Year, they even gave me a lovely 'Fu Bao' (lucky bag) when I checked out, wishing me good fortune and happiness. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time."

"Atlantis Sanya was absolutely fantastic! I honestly didn't have high expectations for the service, given how many people would be there. Even the taxi driver warned me about the crowds and potential service delays, which made me regret booking such a popular hotel. But as soon as we pulled up, a young man immediately came to open our car door and help with our luggage from the trunk. I was so grateful! I thought, 'Okay, service isn't bad after all.' He didn't even let us lift a finger, pulling our two large suitcases all the way to the luggage drop-off. He thoughtfully told us to keep our luggage tag safe before heading to check-in. After check-in, the staff kindly suggested we could go explore, and they'd clean our room as quickly as possible for us to settle in. Since hotels usually have a 3 PM check-in time and we arrived at 11:30 AM, I just nodded, figuring I still had a few hours to wait. I took the kids to the waterpark first. Before I even finished changing, our butler, 'Little Crab,' added me on WeChat and enthusiastically told me to contact her directly if I needed anything. I thought, 'What could I possibly need?' Besides, based on my experience at another hotel (Yalong Bay HUALUXE), even if I had an issue, the butler there couldn't really help. Then, at precisely 12:28 PM, I received a text message: 'Dear valued guest, your room is ready. Please pick up your room key at the front desk at your convenience. Enjoy your stay.' Wow, I was genuinely touched! Let me explain why: when I stayed at the Yalong Bay HUALUXE, I asked the butler if we could check in an hour or even half an hour early so my younger daughter could rest. The staff kept saying no rooms were available or clean. There was nothing I could do because the website clearly stated 3 PM check-in, but my little one was so tired from the journey that she ended up falling asleep on me in the HUALUXE lobby. So, Atlantis Sanya's efficiency deeply impressed me. My younger daughter played at the waterpark until 2:30 PM, and it was perfect timing to go to the room for a quick nap, which completely re-energized her. Later, I didn't even have to ask, but Little Crab thoughtfully informed me that the drinks, coffee, fruit, and water in the room were all complimentary. That evening, my younger daughter wanted to take a bath, and I was worried about the cleanliness of the tub, so I asked the butler if they had any sanitizing wipes. She immediately responded, saying she could send staff up to clean it for me. Not only did they sanitize it, but they also brought a bath liner—so thoughtful! The next morning, we went to the G floor for breakfast. Because it was so crowded, the staff at the restaurant entrance suggested going to the 18th floor if we didn't want to wait. I asked if the food was the same upstairs and downstairs, and the server said there wasn't much difference. So, I went to the 18th floor, only to find a meager selection of food, nothing like what I'd seen on the first floor. I casually mentioned my regret to the butler, saying I shouldn't have come up and should have waited. To my surprise, the butler immediately had her colleague escort me from the 18th-floor restaurant back down to the first floor to dine. I was a bit embarrassed! This trip to Atlantis Sanya completely overshadowed my previous stay at Yalong Bay HUALUXE. I have to say, it was truly amazing. My kids and I loved it, and we definitely want to stay here again. A big thank you to Little Crab, our butler, for making this trip so special."

"Service: The front desk was excellent, even upgrading me directly to a duplex suite. There are a lot of Russians at this hotel, so I felt like the foreigner! It was like receiving VIP treatment. Plus, perhaps because of the Russian clientele, breakfast runs until noon, which is fantastic for late risers and vacationers – a proper brunch situation! Of course, with such late breakfast hours, the spread isn't overly extensive, more like a good 4-star plus standard. Cleanliness: The suite's cleanliness was decent. The hotel provided mosquito coils and repellent. I was confused about it during the day, but I understood why at night. Ambiance: It's an older hotel, hard to rate, but the value for money is very high. Facilities: Hard to evaluate. On one hand, it’s surprisingly well-equipped with a full-sized double bathtub, two bathrooms in the duplex suite, twin beds, and good soundproofing. On the other hand, it has that dated feel, and the projector screen for the attic projector was already worn out. But, credit where credit is due, the idea of a projector in the attic is quite clever. The gym was under maintenance. As for the pool, you need to be brave and unbothered by the Russians – if I'm not awkward, they are!"

"The hotel management is excellent. The front desk manager, the entire front desk team, and especially Manager Guo at the front desk, are all incredibly warm and outstanding. The housekeeping staff always greet you with a smile, and the rooms are spotless. The breakfast spread is extensive and delicious. A minor point (though perhaps not really a flaw if you're aware of it) is that after pressing your floor in the elevator, you also need to press the close-door button, otherwise it won't move. Another small issue (again, perhaps not a flaw if you're prepared for it) is that the door closer in the room is a bit too strong; if you let go for even a second, the door slams shut quite loudly. Overall, it's a great hotel and I highly recommend it."

"The hotel's location is excellent, and the facilities are comprehensive. It's right in Dadonghai, and there's a private beach access directly from the hotel. You can take the elevator down to the first floor and walk straight to the sea via the hotel's exclusive beach path. Transportation in the surrounding area is also very convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff are all very warm and proactive. Employee No. 8 assisted me from check-in to check-out, providing consistent and welcoming service that made me feel right at home. She was very helpful and thoughtful."

"This was my second stay here, and this time it wasn't during the Chinese New Year period. Booking through [specific travel platform, e.g., Trip.com] was much more affordable, and the service was significantly better. They offered a complimentary seafood buffet every night; if there are two of you, booking four nights means you can enjoy it twice. A butler contacted us in advance to help us choose our room, and check-in was very quick. In the evenings, they brought us complimentary tremella soup. On our last night, they proactively offered a late check-out. After checking out, the front desk staff were very friendly and even helped me retrieve some clothes I'd left behind. The suite itself was flawless. Being on one of the highest floors, the view was fantastic; I woke up to the sight of the ocean. I'm not sure if there are differences between the suites, but the curtains in the southeast-facing room I stayed in before were entirely manual, whereas in this southwest-facing room, they opened and closed automatically with a single pull. Also, the air conditioning didn't turn off when I opened the door this time, which is perfect!"

"This is our second time choosing this hotel for our trip to Sanya. The rooms are exceptionally good, with a wide variety of room types. The private courtyard in the villa area is very distinctive. The pool water is clean, and there's a children's water slide. The kids practically lived in the pool! It's incredibly close to the beach, just a few steps away. You can even watch the sunset from the hotel. The service is excellent; as an established hotel, their management system is mature, and the service is top-notch. I heard they're planning renovations this year, which I'm really looking forward to. We'll definitely be choosing Coconut Grove Sea View Resort for our third visit to Sanya."

"Terrible!!!! We booked for two nights, and the day before checking out, we decided we wanted to stay an extra night due to an unforeseen event. So we went to the front desk to ask about extending our stay for one night and if we could have a two-hour late checkout since we were staying an additional night. The front desk agreed. When we asked about payment, they said we had a deposit. We thought everything was settled. However, the next morning, the front desk informed us that there was no record or documentation in their system about our extension and they didn't acknowledge it. If we wanted to extend, we would have to pay an additional 100 RMB or so. The front desk was completely irresponsible! We spoke to the manager, who only offered an apology. Their oversight made the customer pay for it – absolutely terrible!!!!!! Also, the balcony in our room, as shown in the picture, did not have a view like in the promotional photos. You can compare it if you like."

"On the first day, I added Jill, our butler, on WeChat. Our first room was a bit far from the sea, so I asked the butler, and she immediately helped us switch to a much more comfortable room. All the staff were incredibly enthusiastic, which made us feel great. The next day, when they asked about our needs, I just mentioned wanting two extra bottles of water, and when we returned to the room, there were six! We couldn't even finish them by check-out. The pool had quite a few kids playing in the afternoon, but it was well-managed. Breakfast was decent; there weren't a huge variety of dishes, but the staff managed it very orderly, always leading us to our seats. The public areas weren't large but were very clean and perfect for photos. In the evenings, there was a lively band playing on the lawn. The room balcony was very comfortable, and once the sliding door was closed, the room was super quiet and not noisy at all. Overall, it was a great experience, and my child had a fantastic time. I would definitely choose this place again. Thanks to Butler Jill for her warm service!"

"The sea-view room was incredibly comfortable. I could watch both the sunrise and sunset right from my room. It felt like a fairytale world, just pulling back the curtains to face the ocean with spring blossoms all around. Downstairs, there's plenty to eat, shop, and find beach dresses that girls would love for photos and Instagrammable moments! Thumbs up! It totally fulfills a girl's dream!
