Also known by the initials DMF, Desiderio Martinez Feduchy. He made two radial engines: a 2-stroke and a 4-stroke.

-The two-stroke engine has already been presented in the DMF chapter, known by the name of "Dessy" and was a three-cylinder radial with its cylinders supported by the swinging cylinder head due to the rigidity of piston / rod assembly.

-It gave 25 CV and weighed 28 Kgs with the rods attached to the crankshaft like the Le-Rhone radial, that is to say with simple "heels" forming a sector.

-This 6-cylinder radial engine has sliding valves. See the patent illustration in the DMF chapter.

-It delivered 35 CV, with unit displacement of 80x80 mm.

The author of this edition of Aeroengines AtoZ, through Aeroteca, collaborated on Version 2 of this video, which is presented here.

To understand the operation of the connecting rods, the 1929 Continental R 670 single-cylinder engine was chosen.

A demonstration of Version 3, improved at the author's suggestion, is also available on YouTube at a later date. This version shows bronze valve guides, improved valve spring movement, and the split crankshaft counterweights and front bearing balls also move.

The design is from Juan Soler, Sant Cugat, Barcelona

Below we show a flash of version 3
