Please have a look at the source code of every *.py file.

When you deem it save, run "runme.py" (using python2.5, version 2.4
does not provide a profiler) and verify that that the first part of
the script takes several tens of seconds.

Join me in puzzlement. (Perl is by several orders of magnitude faster,
we can't have that. DO SOMETHING!)

NOTE:
The file "runme.py" does NOT terminate (for me). You have to manually
send a kill signal to the PID. My bad.

The byte-wise communication has been inherited from the project where
this bug has first been discovered.

The file "here_it_works.py" is another attempt at tracking down the
issue, but strangely the filename says it all.

FILES:

- Server.py
- Client.py
- runme.py

- here_it_works.py
