DESCRIPTION:
-----

This is a plugin for the IVM Telephone Voice Attendant which can be downloaded at www.nch.com.au/ivm.

CHECKDATA.EXE checks data using a simple database stored as a comma delimited list. This can be used to check the validity of data that a caller enters (for example the pin number of an account).

The data must be contained in a comma delimited list containing 2 field. The first is the input value and the second the data to check. You can create comma delimited lists using any test editor (eg. Notepad). Alternatively most databases will export data in the comma-delimited-list format.

Example List (saved as pins.dat):
1000201,1020
1000202,400035
1000203,12345

If IVM ran the plugin "checkdata.exe pins.dat %accountnumber% %pin%" (assuming the caller had entered the variable accountnumber and the variable pin previously. Then the return variable (default %check%) will be "true" if the result matches or "false" if it does not.
