allucinazione psichedelica e percussioni industriali.
Hold Your Breath, interamente costruita attorno ad uno strimpellare

C. Jeely is a disc jockey whose who made his name under the nickname of
Acceleradeck. As September Plateau, Jeely manufactures instrumental music
for guitar drones and rhythm machines.
The loud and hammering title-track of
Occasional Light (E+J, 1999) offers a wild mixture of ambient trance,
psychedelic freak out and percussive industrial music.
Jeely's music has even spiritual overtones (the raga crescendo of
Inward) and postmodern ambitions (the magically deconstructed melodies
of Pure). Bluetone delves into the avantgarde, halfway between
Glenn Branca's guitar symphonies and Steve Reich's chamber music.
Ironically, he may triumph in the two tracks that employ no percussions at
all and drift towards new age music:
Hold Your Breath, entirely built around
chromatic and mathematical guitar strumming, and
Glacial Kiss, a delicate and lyrical concert of interlocked reverbs
and feedbacks.
While Windy And Carl can be named as a general reference point for research
on instrumental guitar-based rock, September Plateau aims at textures that
are more shocking in nature and more removed from the tradition of rock music.
