Dead Congregation

Greek combo Dead Congregation, fronted by vocalist and guitarist Anastasis Valtsanis, emerged with Graves of the Archangels (2008), which opens with their classic Martyrdoom, as competent followers of Immolation's death-metal. Promulgation of the Fall (2014) buried the listener in the darkest and ugliest claustrophobic atmosphere, thereby bordering on doom-metal.
