English singer Jessie Ware emerged as yet another smooth, nocturnal and mildly sensual singer of the neosoul era. Devotion (2012), that contains the single Wildest Moments, is characterized by slick production, warm synthesizers and the most unimaginative drumming around. The highlight of the even less exciting Tough Love (2014) is the Beyonce-esque ballad Say You Love Me, a collaboration with Ed Sheeran. Glasshouse (2017) contains more elaborate songs like Midnight, set to more elaborate beats. She moved from neosoul to nu-disco on What's Your Pleasure (2020), evoking the disco divas of the 1970s (like Donna Summer) in What's Your Pleasure, Soul Control and Spotlight. This album and Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia were responsible for launching a revival of disco-music.

That Feels Good (2023) has more of those disco-style orchestral productions, notably Free Yourself, but it's a rather monotonous and painful experience.
