Supplemental material includes audio commentary on the films by 17 critics, historians and preservationists, including Paolo Cherchi Usai, Robert Gitt, Tom Gunning and Patrick Loughney; and a 200-page book of program notes.

A number of the films have been available on home video for years, but this collection predominately presents the best available editions of these films. Still highly recommended but now pretty hard to find.
