This DVD-R edition has been mastered from a good to very-good 16mm reduction print copied from source material that was moderately damaged by emulsion scrapes and some advanced nitrate decomposition. The source print itself shows a typical amount of dust, speckling, emulsion scuffing and blemishes, frame jitters, hairs in the negative gate, and other print flaws.
The film is accompanied by a theater organ music score arranged, composed and performed by — Blaine Gale?
Supplemental material is limited to a Billy Bevan comedy short, Flirty Four-Flushers (1926).
For now, this is our recommended home video edition of the film.
