This small cap construction firm has benefitted from the construction boom (to-date) as its core excavation services are used by the main contractors to demolish existing structures or dig construction sites.

In Oct2025, it became a beneficiary of MAS EQDP as it received ~7.5mil of net proceeds from a share placement. The placement was done at a 40% premium to NAV and increased its share count by ~15%. Earlier in 2025, it also announced that it will sell its HQ (an industry building) for ~6mil.

Fast forward to end of 2025, it announced that it would acquire a freehold commercial building for 38.8mil and would be redeveloping it to maximize its potential. The company has a market cap of ~58mil as of today. I am not sure whether this would be a good use of resources (both money and attention) especially when you find yourself in the construction boom and has every opportunity to maximize your presence.

An interesting turn of events:

Dec2025: Announced acquisition of commercial property for 38.8mil.
Jan2026: 2 SSHs with ~34% stake each placed out total 6% of outstanding shares at 41cents for total ~4.7mil
Mid March 2026: Announced industrial property purchase for 20.5mil.
End March 2026: Announced that 4.5mil of placement proceeds would be re-allocated to commercial property purchase.
July 2026 (and on going): Started SBB and bought ~750k sgd worth of shares at ~20cents (or 40cents pre 1 for 1 bonus)

It might look like Reclaims Global has dropped 50% since the placement but that's misleading.

It completed a 1-for-1 bonus issue in March 2026. Its share count doubled from about 151 million to 302 million, so the theoretical share price should also have halved.
